Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Overview

By subscribing to SereneSphere, you agree to pay a recurring fee at the then-current subscription rate, granting you access to exclusive platform features. Subscriptions are intended for personal, non-transferable, and non-resalable use only.

Your subscription will continue until canceled by you or terminated by SereneSphere in accordance with our terms.

2. Automatic Renewal Terms

Once you subscribe, SereneSphere (or our third-party payment processor) will automatically charge your subscription fee on each renewal date. The subscription will automatically renew each month at the current subscription rate unless canceled.

• Recurring Charges: By purchasing a subscription, you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel.
• Rate Changes: If subscription rates change, we will notify you in advance, and the new rate will apply to the next billing cycle.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling your subscription disables automatic renewal but allows continued access to subscription features until the end of the current billing period.

• App Store (iOS Users): Cancel your subscription via your Apple ID account settings. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or current subscription period. For more details, visit the Apple Support page.
• Google Play (Android Users): Cancel your subscription via your Google Play account settings. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or current subscription period. For more information, visit the Google Support page.
• SereneSphere Website Users: Cancel your subscription by contacting our support team at support@serenesphere.me or by clicking the 'Cancel Subscription' button in your account settings on our website.

Important: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

4. Free Trial Terms

If you enroll in a 7-day free trial, you will have full access to subscription features during the trial period. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the current rate.

• Cancellation During Trial: To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
• Post-Trial Charges: Once the trial converts into a paid subscription, fees are non-refundable.

5. Post-Cancellation Access

After canceling your subscription:

• Access Termination: You will no longer be able to access your reports or any platform features once your current billing period ends.
• Reactivation: To regain access, you must subscribe again at the current subscription rate.
