Any violation of these Terms of Service may result in immediate termination of your account and access to SereneSphere, without prior notice and without eligibility for a refund. Additionally, violating these Terms may subject you to legal liability, including claims for damages related to intellectual property infringement or other breaches of contract.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, for any or no reason, and without prior notice, refund, or liability of any kind.

You may choose to terminate your account at any time by accessing your Account Settings on the SereneSphere website or by contacting us at support@serenesphere.me. However, SereneSphere may retain certain account-related information for record-keeping, fraud prevention, fee collection, enforcement of Terms, and any legally required obligations. Cancellation Policy

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the agreed-upon rate unless canceled before the next billing date.
• Charges will continue on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

Changes to Subscription Fees

Canceling your subscription stops automatic renewal, but you will still have full access to the platform until the current billing cycle ends.

The laws of United Arab Emirates, excluding its conflicts of law principles, govern these Terms and your use of the Service. To the extent that any dispute, claim, or legal action arising from or related to these Terms or the Services is permitted to be brought in a court of law, such action shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Arab Emirates. You hereby irrevocably submit to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts and waive any defense related to improper venue or inconvenient forum.

Any attempt to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent shall be null and void. SereneSphere may freely assign these Terms or any of its rights and obligations without your consent. These Terms of Service shall bind and benefit the successors, heirs, and permitted assigns of both parties.

20. Waiver and Severability

No waiver by SereneSphere of any term or condition outlined in these Terms of Service shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

The failure of SereneSphere to assert a right or enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary to comply with applicable law while preserving its intent. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
